DO NOT RUSH: Crisis are temporary. Do not make rash decisions before all the other options are exhausted.

DO SOMETHING YOU ENJOY: Do some activity that will make you feel better and at ease with yourself. Going for a walk, practising sport, reading, drawing, writing, etc. Treat yourself with some time for yourself by doing that thing you enjoy doing.

FIND COMPANY: Hang with people that make you feel good and at ease.

REMEMBER YOUR REASONS TO LIVE: You may not see them now, or you may not have the strength to see them, but they are still there and, with help, you will discover life is worth LIVING.

THINK ABOUT YOUR OWN RESOURCES: Those things that have helped you through bad moments, like your family, your friends, your hobbies and projects. If you have overcome your problems before, why should this time be any different?

However, although you may feel there is no solution to your problem, that does not mean there is no solution, only that you are not capable of seeing it at the moment. And, even if it may not look like that right now, the suffering and the emptiness are temporary states, not permanent.
